Lighting the Future: ITE Completes DMX LED House Light Upgrade at ANU’s Llewellyn Hall
ITE is proud to announce the successful completion of a full DMX LED house light and infrastructure upgrade at the prestigious Llewellyn Hall, located within the Australian National University (ANU). This iconic venue now boasts a cutting-edge lighting system designed to enhance both performance and audience experience.
At the heart of the upgrade is a sophisticated array of Robe Anolis fixtures, carefully selected for their performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. The new house lighting system includes:
38 Robe Anolis ArcSource XP56 fixtures
17 Robe Anolis ArcSource HP111 fixtures
35 Robe Anolis ArcSource MP111 fixtures
35 Robe Anolis ArcSource SP16 fixtures
To support the architectural vision of the venue, ITE also delivered a robust lighting package featuring:
18 Robe Anolis Calumma XS MC fixtures
14 Robe Anolis Calumma M MC fixtures
One of the standout elements of this project was ITE’s ability to engineer custom light bracket solutions, making it possible to retrofit new light fixtures into existing mounting positions. This not only preserved the hall’s architectural integrity but also streamlined installation and minimized disruption.
All fixtures are seamlessly integrated and controlled via a powerful ETC Paradigm system, supported by a Pathport node backbone to ensure rock-solid data distribution and control flexibility.
Beyond the lighting, ITE enhanced the venue’s technical infrastructure with a full ETC Blue Light system for backstage safety, a complete Cat6a network upgrade, and 12G SDI video cabling, ensuring Llewellyn Hall is fully future-ready for the demands of modern productions.
This project is a testament to ITE’s commitment to innovative, high-performance solutions tailored to the unique challenges of each space
