Hunting Tower

ITE had the privilege of working alongside consultants Inhabit Group, architects Baldasso Cortese and builder SJ Higgins to complete a new Performing Arts Centre development at Huntingtower School. The project spanned over a year and included an array of theatre Fly System elements, Audio Visual system and Orchestra Lift manufactured and installed by ITE.

A total of four ITE LX Ultra Stage Lighting Bars each independently flown via 650kg ITE Pile Winding Winches were installed including associated DMX and power systems and cable management energy chain assemblies. A full drapes package was also installed including velvet house curtain, black wool borders, black wool leg pairs, black wool traveller drapes, a filled cloth cyclorama. Additionally, Lighting Ladders were installed in the wings and an array of scenery battens to the stage fly system.

The AV system consisted of a complete AV cabling and TP layout throughout the stage and adjoining areas, an intercom system, stage lighting control system, an array of stage lighting luminaires, a technical data network, Crestron control system, performance relay system, hearing augmentation and complete state-of-the-art sound system.

Alongside the above, ITE also manufactured and delivered a motorized Orchestra Lift platform structure with a 7.5KPa floor rating and associated control system and safety integration.
